I've been fortunate. Twenty years working in brand across fashion, beauty, interiors, luxury, media, and editorial. I gravitated toward that world naturally. It's where my thinking felt at home. And working across that many categories, that many disciplines, that many different kinds of brief, that cross-pollination became the edge. Not just for the work, but for the thinking. Seeing the market as something fluid and interconnected. Finding ideas in one category that translate powerfully into another. It's what kept me curious. And curiosity, more than anything else, is what keeps me energised and genuinely invested in the work.

What that time gave me, above everything else, is instinct. Brand is a feeling before it's a system. It lands before it's understood. That instinct takes years to develop. I've spent twenty of them developing it.

AI has been part of the practice since late 2022. I got into it early out of that same curiosity. Not to cut corners or automate, but because I simply couldn't look away. The possibilities were too interesting. What started as curiosity became process. It amplifies the thinking and unlocks what wasn't possible before. &Lumen is the result of that. Built from genuine immersion, not adoption for adoption's sake.

&Co. is the evolution of that thinking. I wanted to be in the room earlier. Before the direction was set. Before the foundation was poured. Because having an aesthetic stakeholder at the table from the start isn't a creative preference. It's a commercial advantage. And the surest way to protect your investment.

I think before I make. I diagnose before I direct. I am more interested in what a brand doesn't yet know about itself than what it already does. I live the same way. In the question, not the answer. That's not a methodology. It's just how I'm wired.

I don't take any engagement lightly. The brief gets my full attention. The thinking gets my full commitment. You know your business. I know brand. That's the partnership.
