A custom GPT strategy and build for one of Australia's most beloved beauty brands. Ultra Violette already had Vi — a fully formed brand character with a voice, a wit, and a fan base that genuinely adores her. The brief was to give her intelligence. Three weeks of deep brand immersion, strategic planning, and architecture before a single line of GPT was written. To build something that could hold that personality without flattening it. That's harder than it sounds. Vi has opinions. She has range. She does not do generic. What the project taught us — and confirmed — is that the output is only as good as the infrastructure behind it. Nail the foundation and the character follows. ViGPT is proof of that. And honestly? She's pretty great company.
